We attend, make the opening secure the same visit whether that means a repair or a temporary closure, and photograph and document everything for your insurer before anything changes.
In the overwhelming majority of forced entries we attend, the lock was not picked and was not defeated by skill. The frame split, the glass beside the door was broken, or the cylinder was snapped. That matters for what you do next: replacing a lock like-for-like after a break-in that succeeded through the frame leaves you exactly as vulnerable as you were the day before.
Before you touch anything: call police and get the occurrence number, photograph the damage, and keep any broken hardware. It is evidence of forced entry and your adjuster will ask for it.

What areas do you cover?
The whole Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke, plus York Region (Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Thornhill, Aurora, Newmarket), Peel (Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon), Halton (Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Halton Hills) and Durham (Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa). Our rate is the same across the region — we do not add a distance surcharge that appears on the invoice.
What are your hours?
We are open 7 days a week, 8 AM to 11 PM. We are not a 24-hour service and we will not pretend to be. Outside those hours, leave your number and we call you at 8 AM, first in the queue. If you are unsafe, or a child or pet is locked in a car, call 911.
Do you work on commercial doors as well as locks?
Commercial doors are our main specialty. We handle the complete opening — the door, the frame, the hinges, the closer, the exit device and the access control — not just the cylinder. That matters because most problems reported as lock faults are actually alignment or frame problems, and replacing a lock on a misaligned door only destroys the new lock too.
Can you make a car key if I have lost all of them?
Yes, for the large majority of makes and years, and at the vehicle rather than at a dealership. We originate the key from code through authorised channels or by decoding the lock directly, then program it to the immobiliser on site. No tow. We verify ownership first, every time.
Do you give prices before coming out?
Yes. We quote on the phone before dispatching. If a locksmith will not give you a figure until a technician is standing at your door, that is a well-known pattern in this trade and the final number is usually several times the advertised one.
What should I do first after a break-in?
Call police and get the occurrence number, photograph everything before anything is touched or tidied, and keep any damaged hardware — it is evidence of forced entry and adjusters ask for it. Then call us to make the building secure. We can repair the same visit or close the opening temporarily if parts are needed.
